Decades of experience working with diverse populations – including all levels of higher education, manufacturing, finance and non-profits- have kept me flexible, creative and always learning.

I love the collaborative process of instructional design and working as a team to create solutions. My experience includes designing and developing ILT and VILT training activities (with facilitator guides), interactive eLearning, microlearning, video, infographics and other job aids.
